Lynne reported: State report has finally been filed with much help from Wendy and our town accountant, Steve Pullen.
Grant applications total 38 under Oct 15th deadline. Wendy compiled and listed grants which were distributed.
Katherine explained Robin O’Herin Songwriting Workshop with good response. The first of two sessions will happen Sunday, Oct. 21st at the Meetinghouse.
She is member in charge of this event.
Pat distributed forms for listing future scheduled events, Council members responsible, location, time and dates. Every member should bring this list to each meeting.
Most of meeting time consisted of distributing Grant applications (3 to each member attending). They were read and then summarized and discussed.
We have gotten through half the applications, and will continue with the remainder at our next meeting...Thursday, November 1st.
It is IMPERATIVE that all Council Members attend the next few meetings. The Grant Cycle is entrusted to us with State money, and we must respect this responsibility! Thanks to your dedication and participation.
